1. Who we are
Clariozo is an AI growth coaching and business tracking service operated by Growth Tracking Limited. In this policy, "Clariozo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Growth Tracking Limited as the service operator responsible for the website, application, and related communication channels.
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you provide directly, data created while you use the service, and technical data needed to run and protect the service.
- Account data: name or display name, email address, login provider account details, language, role, and access status.
- Workspace content: business context, goals, plans, sprints, tasks, notes, questions, messages, transcripts, uploaded files or text, and related team or workspace settings.
- Communication and integration data: Telegram connection details, service messages, reminders, invitations, support replies, and transactional delivery information.
- Onboarding and support data: diagnostic inputs, quiz answers, generated summaries, support requests, comments, and operational events used to support users and improve onboarding.
- Technical and analytics data: IP address, browser and device data, security logs, cookie preferences, approximate country lookup for cookie banner logic, and analytics events when analytics consent is granted.
3. How we use data

- Authenticate users and manage access controls.

4. Legal bases for EEA and UK users
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on different legal bases depending on the purpose.
- Contract: to provide the service you request, authenticate you, maintain your workspace, process your messages, and deliver service communications.
- Consent: for optional analytics and marketing cookies, and for other optional communications where consent is required.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, debug issues, prevent abuse, understand aggregated product usage, and support users, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, accounting, security, dispute, and regulatory requirements.
5. AI processing
Clariozo is built around AI-assisted coaching. Messages, transcripts, business context, plans, and related workspace content may be processed by our internal AI orchestration systems and configured AI providers so the service can answer, summarize, diagnose bottlenecks, and help build sprints.
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in business decisions.
Do not submit special-category, highly sensitive, or third-party personal data unless you have a lawful basis and it is necessary for the work you ask Clariozo to perform.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, or with your direction.
- Infrastructure, database, hosting, and backup providers.
- Authentication providers such as Google and Telegram.
- Telegram and email providers used to deliver service messages and reminders.
- Microsoft Clarity for analytics, heatmaps, and session diagnostics when allowed by cookie settings.
- IP-based country lookup providers used to decide whether to show a cookie banner.
- AI model, AI infrastructure, and automation providers used to process service requests.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties if needed for legal, security, or dispute reasons.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, security, remembered app preferences, onboarding state, and cookie choices. Optional analytics cookies are controlled through the cookie banner and Cookie Policy.
Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction data such as page navigation, clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session diagnostics. Sensitive input content is intended to be masked by Clarity by default, but you should avoid entering unnecessary confidential data on public pages.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, security, backups, auditability, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
Workspace content is generally retained while the workspace or account remains active. Some deleted-account records, audit events, backups, and security logs may be retained for a limited period where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or document administrative actions.
9. Your rights
You may contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and workspace authority before acting on a request.
- EEA/UK users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
- California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Clariozo does not sell personal information or intentionally share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. International transfers and security
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers through service provider terms, data processing agreements, or other lawful mechanisms.
Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for service delivery, support, security, maintenance, or legal compliance.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use care when deciding what to upload or send.
11. Children and changes
Clariozo is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows the current version.
