Cookie Policy

1. What this policy covers

Clariozo is operated by Growth Tracking Limited. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Growth Tracking Limited.

This policy explains how Clariozo uses cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics tags, and similar technologies on the website and app.

2. Strictly necessary storage

Some storage is required for the service to work and cannot be turned off through the cookie banner.

  • Authentication and security cookies used by NextAuth and the application, such as session, callback, and CSRF protection cookies.
  • Cookie preference storage so we remember whether you accepted all cookies or necessary-only cookies.
  • Local or session storage for onboarding drafts, quiz state, chat drafts, app layout preferences, CRM view settings, and similar product preferences.
  • Technical records used for security, debugging, access control, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

3. Analytics and Clarity

With analytics consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site and improve the product. Clarity can provide heatmaps, session diagnostics, page interactions, clicks, scrolling, device/browser information, and similar usage data.

If analytics consent is denied, Clariozo sends a denied consent signal to Clarity. Clarity may operate in a limited no-consent mode without first-party or third-party Clarity cookies, depending on Microsoft Clarity settings and regional enforcement.

4. Marketing storage

The cookie banner separates marketing storage from analytics storage. In the current app, no advertising pixel is intentionally loaded by Clariozo. The marketing choice is used to pass the ad storage consent signal to Microsoft Clarity and to support future marketing tools only if they are added and disclosed.

5. Region lookup

When no cookie choice is saved, Clariozo may call an IP-based country lookup service to decide whether the cookie banner should be shown. If the lookup fails, we show the banner as a cautious default.

6. Managing choices

You can accept all cookies or use necessary-only mode in the banner. You can also reset your choice from this page, clear cookies and local storage in your browser, or use browser-level privacy controls.
